When I was pregnant with twins, I had such low-back pain that I was seeing the chiropractor every other day. Literally. One day he asked me if I'd ever thought of doing yoga. I said yes, but didn't know where to go. He sent me to a new studio down the street and it changed my life. They put me in a reclined butterfly position, nicely propped up and snugged in with a strap. It relieved all of my back pain and I have been a lover of yoga ever since. In addition to yoga, massage and other self-care methods can be super helpful to keep a pregnant body happy and well.
